UK Exhibition states - If you're not happy, then we will refund you!
If you are not entirely satisfied with ANY product purchased from UK Exhibition
"We will replace or refund the product price in full providing the steps below are followed"
1. The product should be unused, unassembled and in its' original packaging.
2. The product must be returned to us in good condition and within 7 working days
3. Before returning products, please tell us why you are by email
4. Please be aware that we do not refund on goods that have:
5. Been used
6. Been damaged
7. Returned to us and damage occured due to the sender not packing correctly
8. We strongly advise you to return goods via a fully insured courier service
9. Proof of return is when we tell you and not before
Refund of costs:
The only charges that you will have are the unavoidable credit card refund charges which can be up to 10% of the value of the goods. Credit card refunds will be honored on receipt of the goods and after an onsite inspection of the goods before warehouse restocking and not before.
Refund to your credit card:
We will email you when this refund has happened. Once we have issued a refund onto your card, you will need to contact your card issuer if the refund has not appeared on your statement.
Re-stocking of the goods:
UK Exhibition have the right to charge a re-stocking of your goods should the goods not be wanted / ordered incorrectly, be aware that these charges can add up to 20% of the invoice value however; we try to avoid this charge where necessary as long as the customer informs us of the return in writing on the return of the goods and within the above given time frame
