UK Exhibition states - If you're not happy, then we will refund you!
If you are not entirely satisfied with ANY product purchased from UK Exhibition, we will replace or refund the product price in full providing the steps below are followed:
1. The product should be unused, unassembled and in its' original packaging.
2. The product must be returned to us in good condition within 7 working days of date it was delivered.
3. Before returning products, please complete contact us (place this in a hypo link) and tell us why you are returning and the date you are returning the goods + our expected ETA.
4. Please be aware that we do not refund on goods that have not been used or if you have not contacted us about the return or if we have not received within the given time period.
5. We strongly advise you to return goods via a fully insured courier on a 24hr signed delivery service so that you have a proof of delivery back to us.
Refund of costs: The only charges that you will have are the unavoidable credit card refund charges which can be up to 10% of the value of the goods. Credit card refunds will be honored on receipt of the goods and after an onsite inspection of the goods before warehouse restocking and not before.
Refund to your credit card: We will email you when this refund has happened. Once we have issued a refund onto your card, you will need to contact your card issuer if the refund has not appeared on your statement.
Re-stocking of the goods: UK Exhibition have the right to charge a re-stocking of your goods and this can be up to 20% of the invoice value however; we try to avoid this charge where necessary as long as the customer informs us of the return in writing and follow the 5 bullet points mentioned above.
